The system is presented in colors, indicating priority and the estimated average time to be seen. The colors reflect the severity of the case, defined by triage, and have the following recommended waiting times:  <\/p><p> <\/p><ul><li><strong>Red (emergency situation):<\/strong> immediate assistance (0 minutes)<\/li><li><strong>Orange (very urgent situation):<\/strong> care recommended within 10 minutes of triage<\/li><li><strong>Yellow (urgent situation):<\/strong> service recommended within 60 minutes of triage<\/li><li><strong>Green (less urgent situation):<\/strong> can wait for service within 120 minutes (two hours)<\/li><li><strong>Blue (non-urgent situation):<\/strong> you can wait up to 240 minutes (four hours).<\/li><\/ul><p>On this portal, you can see the waiting times for all areas of the selected hospital, such as general medicine, pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, among others.
